Emily Armstrong #00

Emily Armstrong began playing lacrosse her sophomore year of high school at Valley Center High School in Valley Center, California. She started out playing low defensive but was quickly moved to the goalie cage, and has been there ever since. Her first year on JV she was award b Best Defensive player. During her Junior and Senior year she made 1st and 2nd team all league. She also enjoyed playing field hockey all four years of high school, where she switched between goalie and defender.

Although this is Emily's first year playing on the BYU Woman's Lacrosse team, this is actually her second year of school at Brigham Young University. She is a Pre-Major for Public Relations.

She is the daughter of Nancy Armstrong and is the youngest out of the six children. Four older brothers and an older sister who have all helped her in all her sporting events. Emily in her spare times loves reading, hanging out with her roommates and family, babysitting her 5 nephews and niece, and working on her family's farm.
