BYU Ladies Lacrosse 2010

Cougars ended last season ranked among the top in the WDIA. With 10 new freshman, this very young team showed unexpected intensity, and were not overlooked as they played in games held across the west.

Team Captains Dantzel Marsh, Emily Brown and Jessie Smith lead the team on and off the field. Freshman Melissa Nash, Kelsey Clayton and Melissa Peterson are among seveal rookies that showed up on all sides of the field. They were willing to play where ever asked. The heart and soul of this team stands under the goal, #20 Maggie Warne. Maggie saved not only goals, but saves games. With no graduating seniors 2010 looks to be a season full of victories for BYU Women’s Lacrosse.

This summer we will be participating in the Ski Town Shoot Out, held in Park City, June 19-20. This will be a great opportunity to have fun and stay in shape.
